Jameson Irish Whiskey is one of the best selling whiskeys all over the globe. The brand has a very rich history and a beautiful product. Each year Jameson hosts a Bartenders Ball to honor and thank the bartenders working with their product.
Brief
Create a concept for the Jameson Bartenders Ball and produce a memorable event to help strengthen Jameson’s relationship with Dutch Bartenders.
Execution
Jameson’s connection with film has been a strong one throughout the years. To help show the brand’s involvement with this medium, we chose to give the Bartenders Ball a cinematic feel. The first Bartenders Ball in 2010 was inspired by old Hollywood, organized in a beautiful house in Amsterdam and boasting a dress code described as seriously playful. Bartenders were personally invited by Jameson’s brand ambassador and received a unique invitation in the form of a movie poster. After the success of the premiere edition, the second Bartenders Ball was held at the Kompaszaal, were we transformed the location to look like Ace Rothstein’s Casino. Amsterdam’s finest bartenders gambled, drank and partied deep into the night.
