Bacardi has a huge history in Latin America, making the brand a cultural phenomenon amongst the poor and the rich. The Spirit of Cuba finds its popularity also in the Netherlands.
Brief
Create and execute a concept that will strengthen the relationship between innovators and the Bacardi rum.
Execution
We liked the idea of creating a Bacardi Mansion as a tribute to Don Facundo Bacardi. The founder of Bacardi was famous for his legendary house parties back in the nineteenth century. Where could this house be found other than in Amsterdam’s Red Light District? It’s hidden in plain sight. The mansion can be used for private parties, exhibitions and product launches. To bring the people closer to the brand, we developed an inspiring activation called The Clandestine Cocktail Clinic. A 1920’s inspired evening spent learning the ins and outs of making cocktails and supported by interesting insights on the brand’s heritage. The project is acclaimed as one of the three best Bacardi activations worldwide. The design is done in collaboration with Another Company
