Campaign Sportbillies
Issue
A 16-year-old boy on a clear mission. Inspired by his journey to get his 9 year old, disabled brother a suitable sport, his aim was to create a national sports day for kids with and without a handicap. Foundations like Johan Cruyff, NOC*NSF and Foppe Fonds all donated money; we donated hours for this fantastic initiative.
Brief
Create a sponsor presentation, an appropriate brand name and an inspiring communication campaign that gives a sense of positive awareness about being handicapped.
Execution
Sporting with a handicap should be fun and daring. In fact every sport is based around rules and handicaps. We used this insight and translated this into a concept by creating a low-cost PR campaign based around a fake Wii Sports game trailer. This trailer shed a new light on disability and put the event on the map by gaining massive attention from international blogs and national TV channels. Project is done in collaboration with Andre Bouwman
